When it comes to protecting your home, creating guest rules can be one of the most effective things you can do. Make sure your house rules are simple and straightforward. Only list the top 3-5 most important house rules on your actual listing. During the pre-arrival phase, you can add or clarify any rules or information. In the event that there is still more information, you would like your guests to know, feel free to add it to your home manual and direct them to it.
