"I would pay for it even if it wasn't free."
It is so easy to use and they maximize my efforts so I get more bookings. The features are really great and make my job easier, so I have time to spend on higher priority items. The customer service is really fantastic. They set everything up for me and helped with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this to anyone with rentals.

About the host
Nicole worked as a paralegal for a leading pharmaceutical company before deciding to become a stay at home mom. She started a vacation rental in Salt Lake City, UT, near world-class ski resorts, as a means to generate supplemental income for her and her family. Like many other accommodations in the area, she was using one listing site and bookings came easy during the “high season” or ski months. However, come April, she noticed a sharp drop in bookings. Nicole liked the flexibility and idea of keeping her place a short-term rental but needed a way to increase her occupancy rates to prevent finding permanent tenants.
Lodgable saw a huge opportunity to help Nicole broaden her reach into the business travel sector. Traditionally, most hosts, like Nicole, fall into the trap of only advertising on one or two sites like VRBO or AirBnB. The problem with this, these sites still aren’t visited by the masses (only 11% of people have used them) and mainly cater to leisure travelers. Since business travel accounts for 21% of all domestic trips and their visits aren’t tied to a season, this seemed like the perfect fit for Nicole.
“Since switching to Lodgable, I’ve been able to consistently increase my occupancy each month. Before Lodgable, I was only full 53% of the time. I now average a 82% to 98% occupancy year-round. I also now have bookings at least 4 months out and spend less time managing my listing. I can’t imagine business now without Lodgable.””
Lodgable helped Nicole reach more business travelers that were visiting Salt Lake City in the off months for events. Prior to Lodgable, Nicole was only listing on AirBnB and getting reservations primarily for leisure travelers. Lodgable centralized her business operations and she now lists on 40+ channels, like Booking.com and Expedia. Since the shift, she has hosted doctors, opera singers, and working professionals visiting for things like a doTerra essential oil convention. Because of the spike in new business, Nicole is making nearly as much from home as she was from being a paralegal.
