Is it really free? What’s the catch?

Lodgable’s core features (like our property management, channel manager, reservations system, and invoice tools) are 100% free for homeowners and property managers. We help you manage your rentals and market them to places like AirBnB and Expedia (called channels). You are still responsible for paying any commissions they impose directly to the channel. Other add-on services offered by other business (like Stripe Payment Processing) may also charge fees.

Do I have to have separate accounts for sites like AirBnB or HomeAway?

No. Lodgable can get you listed on any network without you personally making an account, saving you considerable time. 

Can you help me import my rentals?

If you have five or more rentals and have your rentals listed online, we can help you import your rental content. We can also help you import your photos too, but we may ask for larger sizes if the ones online are of low quality.

How are payments collected?

For channels that are the merchant of record, like TripAdvisor and AirBnB, Lodgable will issue you a payout after an online travel agency releases the booking funds. With channels like and HomeAway, you will be the merchant of record and process the traveler’s payment using your integrated Lodgable payments gateway. Any manual reservations you create on Lodgable will also use your payment gateway.

Do you offer volume discounts on processing?

We use Stripe for all of our consumer credit card processing and yes they do offer volume discounts. We also allow you to markup your rental rates to cover your processing costs. It’s like having free processing. All you have to do is activate it once you start using Lodgable.

How is it free?

Lodgable typically makes money from the traveler when they book your vacation rentals, hotels, or BnBs, making the software free to you. 

If I already have an account on sites like AirBnB or HomeAway, can I still use Lodgable?

Yes of course. Whether you have an account or not, we make it easy to get your rentals into Lodgable.  Once you’re all set up, we’ll update your listings on all of your integrated accounts.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Dinner’s Club through our payment provider Stripe. You can also record cash entries or other payments you accept offline.

How many rentals do I need to market to a travel site?

All you need is at least 5 rentals. We work with homeowners and property managers of all sizes.

What if Lodgable doesn’t have a feature I need?

Our software is your software. Your needs are the future of Lodgable. If you feel we are missing a feature that you need, let us know. We are always up for the challenge to create something new and make our vacation rental software better for all of our users.

Who do we work with?

Currently Lodgable is working with hosts with 5 or more listings and who are based in the United States. If you don't meet this minimum please reach out soon we we'll open up our requirements in the future.
